The Building Use activities fall under the jurisdiction of the Board of Trustees and commitment for building use is not finalized until the Baptist Grove Church Renal Contract has been completed and executed by this body.
Please complete the Facility Request/Rental Form below.
This fee schedule is established to cover a portion of direct and indirect costs for facility use. Organizations supported by Baptist Grove Church are exempt from
the usage fee structure. All prices are subject to change without a signed
contract. Services Fees are in addition to rental rates and equipment fees.
All bookings require a completed Rental Contract along with a deposit equal to fifty percent (50%) of the full rental amount to hold a date.
You will be required to download and read a full copy of the Rental Contract which will present you with additional requirements for completing your rental. (CLICK HERE)*
