Facilities Request/Rental Form

    • The Building Use activities fall under the jurisdiction of the Board of Trustees and commitment for building use is not finalized until the Baptist Grove Church Renal Contract has been completed and executed by this body.

      This fee schedule is established to cover a portion of direct and indirect costs for facility use. Organizations supported by Baptist Grove Church are exempt from
      the usage fee structure. All prices are subject to change without a signed
      contract. Services Fees are in addition to rental rates and equipment fees.

      All bookings require a completed Rental Contract along with a deposit equal to fifty percent (50%) of the full rental amount to hold a date.
